WINTER WEATHER WATCH: Here we go again, heavy snow expected Friday

RACINE - The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for southeastern Wisconsin including Racine for the next couple of days.
A low pressure system will organize in the southern plains Thursday night and track northeast into lower Michigan on Friday, according to the weather service. A swath of heavy snow is likely to accompany this storm system across southern Wisconsin on Friday.
Snow is expected to develop in the area late Thursday night and Friday morning.
