...A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION LIKELY AGAIN THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY MORNING...ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY. THIS STORM SYSTEM WILL LIKELY HELP IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRECIPITATION ACROSS PARTS OF OKLAHOMA THURSDAY AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY MORNING.THE PRECIPITATION WILL FALL IN THE FORM OF SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN OKLAHOMA TO RAIN IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA. ACROSS CENTRAL AND THE REST OF SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA... RAIN MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE OVER TO SNOW THURSDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA LATE THURSDAY WITH THE PRECIPITATION SPREADING SOUTH AND EAST THURSDAY NIGHT. THERE MAY BE SOME LINGERING SNOW ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA FRIDAY MORNING.THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOWFALLS WILL BE ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF OKLAHOMA... WITH THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN OKLAHOMA. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES MAY BE COMMON ACROSS NORTHERN OKLAHOMA WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE FURTHER SOUTH.THE SNOW MAY CAUSE TRAVEL PROBLEMS ON SOME AREA ROADWAYS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING... ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHERN OKLAHOMA.HOWEVER... TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHICH SHOULD HELP IMPROVE ROAD CONDITIONS.ANYONE PLANNING TO TRAVEL LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR SLICK ROADS... AND MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS.
