BRING SOUTHWEST WINDS ALOFT OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS LATE TONIGHT
AND SATURDAY. THESE WINDS WILL BRING MOIST AIR OVER THE COLD DOME
OF AIR WHICH IS ENTRENCHED OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. WIDESPREAD
SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND SPREAD OVER THE REGION BY
SATURDAY. HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE MISSOURI
RIVER IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTHWEST IOWA...AND EXTREME
NORTHEAST NEBRASKA. THE SNOW SHOULD DECREASE SLOWLY SATURDAY
NIGHT.

MORNING. THE SNOW WILL QUICKLY BECOME STEADY AND MAY BECOME HEAVY
AT TIMES BY LATE SATURDAY MORNING. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY INTO EARLY SATURDAY NIGHT...THEN
DECREASE.
NEW SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AROUND 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH A
CHANCE ACCUMULATIONS WILL EXCEED THAT AMOUNT. STEADY NORTHEAST
WINDS WILL NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH TO CAUSE WIDESPREAD BLOWING...BUT
