FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON, BUT
TRANSITION TO RAIN OR DRIZZLE FROM THE SOUTHWEST AS SURFACE
TEMPERATURES CREEP JUST ABOVE FREEZING BY 5 PM. AS MUCH AS ONE INCH OF SLEET
AND SNOW AND A QUARTER INCH OF GLAZE HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA AND
