SUNDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
THE RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHEAST IOWA THIS MORNING...AND ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
FALL ACROSS THESE AREAS FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY. BY
THIS EVENING...1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL. WITH
AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW EXPECTED TO FALL OVERNIGHT.
A TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 8 INCHES IS EXPECTED BY
