WISCONSIN AND STALL ACROSS WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. THIS LOW WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
SNOW AN HOUR FROM TAYLOR COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
SOUTHWARD TO RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN BETWEEN 5 AM
AND 6 AM...AND THEN THE SNOW RATES MAY DECREASE FOR A COUPLE OF
HOURS BEFORE PICKING UP ONCE AGAIN IN INTENSITY AFTER 10 AM THIS
