LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW CONTINUES OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHERN
IOWA PRODUCING DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AT TIMES...DUE TO LOW
VISIBILITY. WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH HAVE CAUSED NEAR WHITE OUT
CONDITIONS AT TIMES ACROSS NORTHERN IOWA ALONG INTERSTATE 35. THE
WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS RESULTING IN
POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS IN RURAL AND OPEN AREAS ACROSS NORTHERN
IOWA. PERSONS TRAVELING THIS EVENING ARE URGED TO EXERCISE EXTREME
CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN IF THE VISIBILITY BECOMES POOR.

INCHES HAD BEEN REPORTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...INCLUDING 6.7 INCHES IN EAU CLAIRE. TWO TO FOUR INCHES
HAVE BEEN REPORTED ACROSS EAST AND SOUTH CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...INCLUDING THE TWIN CITIES METRO AREA.
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF AN INCH ARE EXPECTED IN EASTERN
MINNESOTA TO TWO INCHES IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN BY MIDNIGHT.

EXPECTED IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA THROUGH MIDNIGHT. THE MORE
