URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...WINTER WEATHER TO AFFECT THE REGION LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY...
.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE ROCKIES WILL STRENGTHEN AS IT
MOVES INTO THE PLAINS MONDAY. INITIALLY...THE STORM SYSTEM WILL BE
MILD WITH MAINLY RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE IN FAR NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA LATE TONIGHT WITH LOW TEMPERATURES AROUND FREEZING.
HOWEVER...AS THE LOW TRACKS ACROSS KANSAS AND MISSOURI DURING THE
MORNING...THE RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO
ACCUMULATING SNOW AND WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH.

WEATHER ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 6 PM CST
MONDAY.
RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE
TONIGHT...CHANGING TO ACCUMULATING SNOW MONDAY MORNING ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA. UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF GLAZE IS
POSSIBLE...FOLLOWED BY 2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW. NORTH WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH PRODUCING SOME
BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

TONIGHT. FREEZING RAIN AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH WILL BE
