...FREEZING RAIN TODAY MAY CHANGE TO SNOW TONIGHT...

...COLD AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER MUCH OF OKLAHOMA AND NORTH
TEXAS THROUGH TONIGHT. THE COLD AIR WILL REMAIN IN WESTERN AND
NORTHERN OKLAHOMA THROUGH SUNDAY. FREEZING RAIN... HEAVY AT TIMES
ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL THUNDERSTORMS... WILL BE WIDESPREAD TODAY AS
GULF MOISTURE DEEPENS ABOVE THE SURFACE. THE CENTER OF THE
POWERFUL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS TEXAS AND
OKLAHOMA TONIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY... CHANGING RAIN AND ICE OVER TO
SNOW TONIGHT IN SOME AREAS BEFORE ENDING SUNDAY MORNING.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A FREEZING RAIN
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY FOR MUCH OF
CENTRAL AND SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA... AND ADJACENT PARTS OF WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS.

OCCASIONAL FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE IN
THESE AREAS THROUGH MOST OF THIS MORNING. ICE ACCUMULATION OF ONE
TENTH TO ONE QUARTER INCH ARE EXPECTED ON EXPOSED SURFACES.
TRAVEL MAY BE STRONGLY IMPACTED BY THE ICE THROUGH MIDDAY.
TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN VERY CLOSE TO FREEZING... OR JUST BELOW
FREEZING... THROUGH THIS MORNING BUT ARE EXPECTED TO RISE TO JUST
ABOVE FREEZING DURING THE AFTERNOON.

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS. SLOW DOWN AND
USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
