AND INTENSIFY IN SOME LOCATIONS. THIS BAND WAS GENERALLY CENTERED

AROUND A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WHICH RAN FROM A WAUSAU WISCONSIN TO LA

CROSSE TO SIOUX FALL SOUTH DAKOTA LINE. THIS FRONT WILL BE THE

FOCUS FOR SNOW PRODUCTION FOR THE REST OF TODAY.

LOCALLY...MOST MORNING COMMUTERS WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH

SNOW...WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW 1 MILE AT TIMES AND HOURLY SNOW

RATES AROUND 1/2 TO 1 INCH. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH 8 AM

OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS

CENTERED AROUND A WISCONSIN RAPIDS TO LA CROSSE TO AUSTIN

CORRIDOR.

THE SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS...GRADUALLY
