DISCUSSION...TRAINING SEVERE STORMS WILL PERSIST ALONG A SLOW-MOVING
BOUNDARY ACROSS NRN KS/SRN NEB AS RICH MOISTURE FLOWS NWD ON A
STRONG LLJ. THOUGH CONVECTIVE INHIBITION WILL INCREASE GRADUALLY AS
THE BOUNDARY LAYER COOLS...MODERATE INSTABILITY AND STRONG VERTICAL
SHEAR SHOULD STILL BE SUFFICIENT FOR A COUPLE OF TORNADOES WITH
EMBEDDED SUPERCELL/BOW STRUCTURES. OTHERWISE...DAMAGING WINDS AND
LARGE HAIL WILL BE LIKELY WITH THE MORE INTENSE STORMS.
AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 2 INCHES. EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE
WIND GUSTS TO 60 KNOTS. A FEW CUMULONIMBI WITH MAXIMUM TOPS TO
550. MEAN STORM MOTION VECTOR 26035.
