THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST IOWA
NORTHEAST KANSAS
EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA
EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING FROM 645 PM
UNTIL 200 AM CDT.
TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 45 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 25 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF
TEKAMAH NEBRASKA TO 70 MILES SOUTH OF BEATRICE NEBRASKA. FOR A
