I've got to say, I'm not surprised at this. The Parkersburg tornado that
killed 6 people on Sunday, May 25, 2008, was given an E, F 5 rating by the
National Weather Service. They had given this tornado a preliminary rating
of E, F 3, but that number was sure to go up after surveying was officially
completed. I have no idea what wind speeds were noted as, but you know they
had to be over 200 mph. Unbelievable!
