CANADIAN...CARTER...CLEVELAND...COAL...COMANCHE...COTTON...
GARFIELD...GARVIN...GRADY...HUGHES...JEFFERSON...JOHNSTON...
KAY...KINGFISHER...LINCOLN...LOGAN...LOVE...MARSHALL...
MCCLAIN...MURRAY...NOBLE...OKLAHOMA...PAYNE...PONTOTOC...
POTTAWATOMIE...SEMINOLE...STEPHENS AND TILLMAN. IN NORTHERN
TEXAS...ARCHER...CLAY AND WICHITA.

* THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING

* A WARM..MOIST AIRMASS OVER SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL TEXAS WILL LIFT
NORTHWARD TODAY AND TONIGHT IN ADVANCE OF A POWERFUL STORM
SYSTEM TO THE WEST. SEVERAL ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL OCCUR WITH WIDESPREAD 2 TO 3 INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS. A FEW
AREAS MAY RECEIVE UP TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN BEFORE THE STORM SYSTEM
LIFTS NORTH AND EAST OF THE AREA THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* THE RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO FLOODING OF STREAMS AND OTHER LOW-
LYING AREAS... AND POSSIBLY FLASH FLOODING IN AREAS WHERE HEAVY
THUNDERSTORMS TRACK OVER THE SAME AREAS. MAINSTEM RIVER FLOODING
MAY ALSO OCCUR DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE

SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE... ALONG WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN WHICH COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES.
