...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TODAY OVER MUCH OF OKLAHOMA...
.A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS
OKLAHOMA THIS AFTERNOON. SNOW HAS ALREADY ENDED ACROSS PARTS OF
WESTERN OKLAHOMA AND WILL GRADUALLY END FROM THE WEST ACROSS
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN OKLAHOMA THIS AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH THE SNOW
WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF THIS AFTERNOON...SOME ADDITIOANL
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. THIS COMBINED WITH STRONG NORTH WINDS
WILL RESULT IN CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AND MAY
CAUSE SERIOUS TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ON EAST WEST ROADS.

THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF BY MID TO LATE AFTERNOON AS THE
UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM BEGINS TO EXIT THE AREA... BUT
SIGNIFICANT BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AROUND SUNSET.
