WILL DROP WIND CHILLS TO DANGEROUS LEVELS TONIGHT.

TEMPERATURES AND BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL
PRODUCE WIND CHILL INDICES OF 20 BELOW ZERO OR LESS THROUGH MUCH
OF THE NIGHT.
