INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
CLEVER, OR NEAR BATTLEFIELD, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. SPOTTERS
HAVE CONFIRMED A TORNADO WITH THIS STORM.
THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTH CENTRAL
