TEMPERATURES IN THE 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO RANGE...WILL PRODUCE
DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS IN THE 20 BELOW TO 35 BELOW ZERO
RANGE THROUGH THE MORNING.
AS THE DAY PROGRESSES...SOME IMPROVEMENT WILL OCCUR AS
TEMPERATURES WARM SOME. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW
