AFTERNOON AND NIGHT...
.A POWERFUL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS MINNESOTA TODAY
AND TONIGHT. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN FROM WEST TO EAST TUESDAY AFTERNOON. A SECONDARY LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL THEN FORM ALONG THE COLD FRONT DURING THE
LATE AFTERNOON ON TUESDAY...PRODUCING WIDESPREAD SNOW ACROSS
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH TUESDAY MORNING WILL INCREASE TO
NORTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH...GUSTING AT TIMES TO 60 MPH BY
EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON. THIS WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF ANY SNOW THAT FALLS...PRODUCING NEAR BLIZZARD AND
WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. BECAUSE CONFIDENCE IS NOT HIGH FOR
SIGNIFICANT SNOW...WIDESPREAD BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE NOT

FOR 3 HOURS OR LONGER. THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN FROST
