THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
MUCH OF NORTHERN INDIANA
LARGE PART OF LOWER MICHIGAN
LAKE MICHIGAN
EFFECTIVE THIS FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING FROM 915 PM
UNTIL 200 AM EDT.
TORNADOES...HAIL TO 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 65 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 40 MILES NORTHEAST OF ROBEN
HOOD MICHIGAN TO 45 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF FORT WAYNE INDIANA.
