OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES TONIGHT...
.A STRONG UPPER STORM SYSTEM OVER THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS WILL MOVE INTO THE
PLAINS TONIGHT. COLD AIR WILL CONTINUE TO FLOW INTO THE PANHANDLES
OVERNIGHT WITH SNOW EXPECTED BEGINNING THIS EVENING AND CONTINUING
THROUGH MONDAY. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
ACROSS MOST OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES. STRONG NORTHERLY
WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THE SNOW CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT
TIMES...CREATING NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS IN SOME AREAS.

SNOW WILL BEGIN TO FALL THIS EVENING...WITH STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS
AROUND 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW. VISIBILITIES WILL OCCASIONALLY BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A
MILE...CREATING NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS IN SOME AREAS. TOTAL
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE.
MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN DRIVING. ALLOW EXTRA
TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION. ROADWAYS CAN BECOME SLIPPERY
QUICKLY...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW
