Area. Many areas of south central missouri have received rainfall
Amounts of 2 to 4 inches over the last 48 hours.
Runoff from this rain is causing flooding. Area creeks...streams and
Low water crossings will especially be susceptible to flooding into

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
Potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to travel across
Flooded roads. Find alternate routes. It only takes a few inches of
