widespread flooding and road closures continue across much of the
Quad state region. Runoff...backwater and some breached levees will
Continue to cause persistent flooding conditions overnight.

Night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Never
Drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway.

Extreme caution if venturing near riverbanks. Move to higher ground
Immediately should rising water threaten your safety. Remember...turn
