THE UNUSUALLY HUMID AIRMASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE ACROSS OKLAHOMA
TODAY. SEVERAL UPPER LEVEL WAVES ARE INTERACTING WITH A STATIONARY
FRONT ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA THIS MORNING TO
PRODUCE A LARGE AREA OF RAIN AND SHOWERS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS
WEST CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THIS IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON. THIS EVENING THE FRONT WILL MOVE
SLOWLY SOUTH AND PUT CENTRAL AND PART OF SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA IN THE
RISK OF HEAVY RAINFALL THIS EVENING UNTIL EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

IN SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA...CADDO...COMANCHE...GREER...JACKSON...
KIOWA AND TILLMAN. IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA...WASHITA.
* FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE TONIGHT
* A STATIONARY FRONT THAT LIES FROM SOUTHWEST TO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
THIS MORNING WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA LATER THIS
AFTERNOON. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT RE-FORM NEAR AND NORTH
OF THIS FRONT HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE THREE TO SEVEN
INCHES OF RAINFALL THROUGH TONIGHT.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
