STRONGEST OVER THE WESTERN...CENTRAL AND NORTHERN OKLAHOMA. WINDS

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THURSDAY.

SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE 25 TO 35 MPH WITH FREQUENT
GUSTS ABOVE 40 MPH.

WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT... ESPECIALLY FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION... ESPECIALLY ON EAST-
WEST ROADS.
