THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
EASTERN IOWA
SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA
WESTERN WISCONSIN
EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING FROM 915 PM
UNTIL 500 AM CDT.
TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 70 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 40 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF
OTTUMWA IOWA TO 40 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF EAU CLAIRE WISCONSIN.
