MORNING ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN OKLAHOMA. MANY OF
THESE AREAS HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED OR SOON WILL RECEIVE SEVERAL
INCHES OF RAIN SINCE SUNDAY EVENING. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS
LIKELY AS WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TRACK ACROSS THE
SAME AREAS. THE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL COULD CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

CITY METRO AREAS SOUTH ACROSS MCCLAIN AND CLEVELAND COUNTIES THROUGH
LATE MORNING. SOME SPOTS MAY RECEIVE AROUND 4 INCHES OF RAIN BEFORE
IT TAPERS OFF THIS AFTERNOON.
RUNOFF FROM THE OVERNIGHT AND MORNING RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF
SMALL CREEKS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT
DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
