BERTHA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 24 MPH...39 KM/HR. A
CONTINUED NORTHEASTWARD MOTION WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...UNTIL BERTHA IS
