at 1100 pm central standard time , national weather service meteorologists
detected a
Severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near topeka, or
15 miles northwest of kokomo, moving northeast at 55 mph.
the tornado will be near,
Tilton and robinwood by 1105 pm central standard time ,
Oak vale and arm by 1110 pm central standard time ,
Progress by 1115 pm central standard time ,
Carson and prentiss by 1120 pm central standard time ,
