WISCONSIN...UP THE OHIO VALLEY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY.
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL FUNNEL COLDER AIR SOUTH INTO THE AREA AS
PRECIPITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW SPREADS INTO SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH
TO BRING SNOW THE SOUTH...HOWEVER...WARMER AIR OFF LAKE MICHIGAN MAY
BRING A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW TO THE FAR SOUTHEAST. EVENTUALLY...THE
MIXTURE IN THE SOUTHEAST WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW EARLY

TWO TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS FAR SOUTH CENTRAL
AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN BY LATE WEDNESDAY EVENING. SNOW IS
