TODAY...AND WILL LOCALLY EXCEED 110 DEGREES.
* IMPACTS: PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO EXCEPTIONALLY HOT AND HUMID
AFTERNOONS...WITH LITTLE RELIEF AT NIGHT...PLACES PEOPLE AT
INCREASED RISK OF DEVELOPING HEAT RELATED ILLNESSES. THIS IS
ESPECIALLY TRUE IN CITIES.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
AN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING MEANS THAT A PROLONGED PERIOD OF
